What is the Cecil County Real Estate market doing? February 2008

February’s Cecil County market statistics while not great are better than January’s. We still have too many homes on the market. As a Cecil County Realtor it has been a busy month for me so far. I think the Spring market has arrived and will be eager to see what March’s Cecil County market statistics bring. I have heard both local Cecil County Realtors and non local Realtors comment on the sudden increase in real estate activity. I just hope the Cecil County real estate market does not get inundated with foreclosures and short sales.
