What is the Harford County Real Estate market doing? February 2008
February’s Harford County market statistics were just released from my mls today. This report is released on the 10th of every month for the previous month. I will post the results here. Here they are for February and January.

There are still too many Harford County homes on the market, but I do think things are improving. It has been a busy month for me so far. I think the Spring market has arrived and will be eager to see what March’s Harford County market statistics bring. As a Harford County Realtor, I have heard both Harford County Realtors and non local Realtors comment on the sudden increase in real estate activity. I just hope the Harford County real estate market does not get inundated with foreclosures and short sales.
